Shipping, returns and refunds
Straw by Straw is happy to ship our straw straws in a straight-for-use container in sturdy packaging. All you need to do is unpack.
Delivery to the Netherlands is between 1-3 days. Delivery time to France, Germany, Luxembourg, and Belgium is 2-5 days. Shipments to the rest of Europe are expected to arrive in 3-10 days.
In the Netherlands, shipping is free from €59,- and in the rest of Europe, shipping is from €100,-.

Return & Exchange
Due to hygienic reasons, products that are delivered according to your order(s), are exempt from being returned or exchanged thus refunds are not available.
Incomplete or wrong products
If you have received a product that you did not order ( for example the wrong sizes or wrong amount), you can return or exchange the product. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To contact our customer service for more help, reach out to us via hello@strawbystraw.com.
Refunds
Refunds are available if you have received incomplete or wrong products. After receiving the goods back in our distribution center, you will be refunded within 14 business days.
Products that are delivered according to your order(s), are exempt from being refunded.
COMPLAINTS
We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing hello@strawbystraw.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
